Hybrid coaching

The hybrid model is perfect for individuals who can’t travel to the lab 4/5 times per week. This service is online with one session per week at HQ. Ideal for setting the standards of intensity required in training, whilst fixing any technique/lifting issues in person.

The benefits of the hybrid coaching method are substantial, clients can train of their own accord which fits their lifestyle and can book a weekly session to ensure the standards are being upheld. 

On top of seeing clients in person once a week the weekly check in process will help ensure the needle is being driven forward and clients are always moving towards their goals.
